    PERTEX SHIELD is a nano-fiber membrane created by a special manufacturing process that allows air to pass through the multilayered membrane composed of countless microscopic holes, resulting in excellent breathability.
    There is no need to worry about sweat making the inside of the garment steamy and the body cold, as is the case with conventional rain jackets and shells, and it is expected to provide effective protection from rain and wind even in hot and humid climates like Japan or in scenes involving heavy physical activity.
    The versatile three-layer construction combines a lightweight outer fabric with a waterproof, windproof, and breathable membrane; the DWR (durable water repellent) treated surface fabric repels rain and snow and maintains breathability.
