Dyneema® composite fabric offers dramatically improved tear, puncture and abrasion performance compared to 500D nylon, while reducing weight and bulk. Dyneema® offers an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio of 15 times stronger than steel, making it the perfect fabric for strong, ultra-lightweight backpacking equipment. It is a very tensile fabric, but it also folds and wrinkles and becomes more supple with use. (Due to the nature of the material, the creases will be present from the time of purchase).’
